Took my well maintained 2010 X5 (126k miles) in for a check engine light. Elite kept finding additional issues. Spent nearly $6k for repairs. Yes, it's a BMW but parts and labor too expensive. Less than 100 miles later other issues came up. Finding a good repair shop is a lot about trust, to be fair, I don't trust them. The problem turned out to be the breaks. Which your team told me we’re fine.
Dale, I am very sorry to see your loss of confidence in our services completed last year. We warranty both the work and the purchased parts that were apart of these services & repairs. If another issue presents itself, we are more then happy to recheck the vehicle and diagnose the culprit. If for any reason the issue is due to a faulty part that we replaced, it falls under this warranty and the needed repairs are covered. In the future, please consider this when you are needing service, or when a fault occurs. We appreciate your business. We want to provide security in not only our supplied services, but also in your vehicle... extending it's lifespan and maintaining it's reliability. Again, don't hesitate to call us if you have any further issues.
