My daughter's car 2010 vw passett had problems. My first diagnosis was bad coil. I purchased a coil, like I had before but after 2 hours it did the same thing. Long story short. I gave up and took it to the local VW guy. I spent approx $600 it worked for a day then same problem. VW in Knoxville was closest dealer. I found Elite on my phone and took the car there. I was tired of throwing $$$ with no fix. Elite assured me they knew what it needed. The next morning called to say it was fixed. I relunctely went and picked it up. I told the manager I was concerned it was not fixed. His response made me a life long customer. He said, IF THIS DID NOT FIX IT I WILL GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK! That was 4 weeks ago. No problems. I highly recommend Elite. Thank you so much.

Great with import cars

All their reviews are fake they are con artists trying to steal every penny off the hard working people they are all liars not to be trusted! Went in for my oil change they told me my brakes was bad but I guess they forgot they did my brakes a month before I got my oil change please don't let thesee heathens look on your cars!!

Everyone that works here has a genuine interest and love for cars. I've been taking my 1986 Supra here for the past 5 months and I couldn't be happier with their work.

Elite has took care of my car 3 times now, very polite and professional. They prioritized the work I needed and even gave me pointers on some of the work that I could do myself to save some money on everything needed. They are the only place around that knows anything about BMW. I couldn't even get an alignment at a major tire shop in Cookeville, the guy tells me,"those euro jobs just won't link up to our equipment, we wont take the liability if it gets damaged." While I do appreciate not damaging my car, I was like wha!! I've taken my Yukon and Silverado to the same tire shop, so I trust them, but weird that they won't touch a BMW. Oh' well, off to Elite then.

They did a great job getting my car in and out so that I could have it for work the next day.
