We are The Upper Cumberland’s largest independent import specialist; we service vehicles like yours every day.

Q:  Why should I choose you to service my vehicle?

Because at Elite Automotive we put your needs first. With dealerships, you expect them to be able to fix your vehicle, and accept that the price will be high. At Elite Automotive, we put you first in every possible way.

Q:  How does your service process work?

We’ll start with your concern(s) and our exclusive Elite Examination. We will then call or e-mail (your choice) with the results of the exam. We’ll consult together on what to tackle and then move forward. Usually this is a one day process. We are a busy business but with our large facility we can help you quickly!

Q: Can you help me to live without my vehicle?

We know the living without a vehicle is tough. We try to relieve you of that burden as quickly and easy as possible. We can shuttle you to and from our facility, and in some situations we can offer you a loaner vehicle. As previously stated, our turnaround times are quick so that we can reunite you with your vehicle ASAP.

Q:  Can I wait?

We have a nice waiting room and you’re always welcome. However, to get your vehicle serviced correctly it is wiser to leave it and give us the time to handle it completely.

Q:  Can you diagnose it while I wait and we’ll make plans from there?

Again – you’re always welcome in our facility, but to get the proper diagnosis we recommend you dropping the vehicle off.

Q: Do you provide a service outside of business hours?

We are Monday to Friday 8-5:30pm but we can conduct business 24/7.  We have an after hours drop box for your keys, and we are able to pick your vehicle up with our tow truck if notified during business hours. You can also reach us via email – cservice@elite-auto.us
